Step-by-Step Guide to Setting Up Multi-Wallet Portfolio Tracking on All Chains

Your crypto portfolio lives in multiple wallets across different chains. Checking your total value means logging into each wallet, taking screenshots, and updating a spreadsheet. This process takes time and increases the chance of errors.

Cryptool pulls all your wallets into one dashboard. You see your total value, profit and loss, vesting schedules, and fee exposure without manual work. The platform supports every chain and every wallet provider. You can add wallets from MetaMask, TrustWallet, Ledger, Trezor, or any other provider.

Here's how to set it up in five minutes.

Step 1: Create your account

Go to cryptool.io and click Launch dApp. Choose Sign Up. Enter your email and create a password. No card is required to start.

After signing up, you'll see your empty dashboard. The next step is to add your wallets.

Step 2: Add your first wallet

Click the person icon in the top right corner. Select View Profile, then go to the Wallets tab. Click Add Wallet.

Choose your wallet provider from the list. If your provider isn't listed, select Other. Enter your wallet address manually. Cryptool will automatically detect the chain.

Repeat this for each wallet you want to track. The dashboard brings them together in one view.

Step 3: Log in with any wallet

After adding your wallets, you can log in to Cryptool using any of them. This means you don't need to remember your email and password every time.

On the login screen, select Connect Wallet. Choose your wallet provider and sign the message. This is a read-only connection. Cryptool never holds your private keys or funds.

Step 4: See your full portfolio

Once logged in, your dashboard updates automatically. You'll see your total portfolio value, breakdown by asset, and profit and loss. The platform also shows vesting schedules for tokens and staking positions.

If an asset isn't listed, you can add it manually. Click Add Asset in the portfolio section. Enter the contract address, and Cryptool will pull the details.

Step 5: Set up notifications

Cryptool sends reminders for vesting unlocks and important project events. To enable notifications, go to your profile and select Preferences. Turn on email or in-app alerts.

You can also set custom alerts for price movements or large transactions.

Why this matters for investors

Tracking multiple wallets manually is time-consuming. Cryptool saves you time and reduces errors. You get a clear view of your entire portfolio in one place.

The platform is non-custodial. Your funds stay in your wallets, and you control your private keys. This is important for security and peace of mind.

How this compares to other tools

Most portfolio trackers support only a few chains or wallets. Cryptool supports all chains and all wallet providers. This means you don't need to switch between apps to see your full portfolio.

For example, Zerion and DeBank are great for tracking, but they don't offer fundraising, OTC trading, or syndicate management. Cryptool covers all these workflows in one platform.
